Frequently Asked Questions

Is CRLN Pro recognized by employers outside the US?

Yes. CRLN's curriculum is aligned with ICH E6(R3) Good Clinical Practice guidelines — the international standard used by sponsors, CROs, and regulatory bodies in every major market, including the EU, India, LATAM, MENA, APAC, and Africa. Our 500+ learners across 55+ countries are working at clinical research sites, CROs, and sponsors worldwide. Every certificate you earn is shareable on LinkedIn and references the global standards employers recognize.

What if $19/month is too much for my region?

We built CRLN specifically to be the most affordable globally recognized clinical research training available. For context: competing certifications from CCRPS, ACRP, and SOCRA cost between $500–$2,000 for a single credential. CRLN Pro gives you all 11 courses, all 3 career tracks, and the Resume Optimizer for $19/month — or $199/year, which brings the effective cost to $16.58/month.

If the annual plan is still a stretch, the monthly plan has no long-term commitment — you can pause or cancel anytime. And if genuine financial hardship is the barrier, email us at Jwebber@crln-learn.com. We review requests individually and do our best to make CRLN accessible to serious learners regardless of geography.

Do I need prior healthcare experience?

No. The CTA Track is specifically designed for people entering clinical research from outside the field — career changers, recent graduates, and professionals from adjacent industries. You'll start with Foundations and GCP Training, which assume no prior knowledge, and build up from there. Many of our most successful learners came from completely unrelated backgrounds and landed their first clinical research role within 3–4 months.
If you do have a healthcare or life sciences background, you can skip ahead to the CRC or CRA track directly and move faster.

How long until I can start applying for jobs?

Most members complete the CTA Track in 6–10 weeks and are job-ready within that window. The CRC Track takes 10–14 weeks, and the CRA Track takes 12–16 weeks. Once you complete the core courses for your track and earn your certificate, you're qualified to apply for entry-level roles in that career path.

Every track also includes the Resume Optimizer tool and interview prep resources — you don't just finish the training and figure out the job search on your own. We give you the toolkit to start applying the week you finish.

Can I switch tracks partway through?

Yes — and many members do. CRLN Pro gives you access to all 3 career tracks plus 3 specialty courses, so you're never locked in. A common path: members start with the CTA Track to enter the field, move into the CRC Track once they've landed a site-based role, and eventually complete the CRA Track as they advance their careers. The ladder is built in. You pay one subscription and follow your career wherever it takes you.

What's the refund policy?

CRLN Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the membership isn't the right fit within your first 30 days, email Jwebber@crln-learn.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. We'd rather have you on the platform because it's genuinely helping you than because you're locked into a charge.

Are certificates included?

Yes. Every course in the catalogue includes a completion certificate at no extra cost. That means your $19/month membership unlocks up to 11 separate certificates, each shareable on LinkedIn and aligned with ICH E6(R3) Good Clinical Practice standards. Most competing platforms charge per-certificate — we include them all.

How is this different from CCRPS, ACRP, or SOCRA?

Four key differences:

Price. CCRPS charges around $700 for a single certification. ACRP and SOCRA typically run $500–$2,000 depending on the credential. CRLN Pro is $199/year for everything.
Languages. Most competitors offer training in English only. CRLN is available in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Arabic — because clinical research is a global profession and training should be globally accessible.
Scope. Competing certifications focus on a single credential exam. CRLN Pro includes all 3 career tracks (CTA, CRC, CRA), 11 complete courses, 3 specialty courses (PI, PM, Advanced Topics), and the Resume Optimizer tool.
Ongoing access. With most competitors, you pay once for a single exam window. With CRLN Pro, your entire career ladder — entry level through advanced — lives under one subscription.
CRLN isn't trying to replace professional certifications like ACRP's CCRC or SOCRA's CCRP — it's designed to be the most affordable, most accessible path to the underlying knowledge and practical skills those credentials measure, so more people can enter and advance in the field.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. International cards are supported. Payments are processed in USD. If your card is declined or you're having trouble checking out from your country, email Jwebber@crln-learn.com and we'll help you get enrolled.
